I grew up between Tacoma and the peninsula: summers on the water in Gig Harbor, school in the North End, first job bagging groceries on 6th Avenue. When I sell a house here, I'm usually selling a street I know.

Off the clock

I coach a kids' soccer team in Gig Harbor. My moving trailer is free to clients; ask early, it books up in summer. Military families: I've moved on orders myself and I know how short a PCS window feels.
